THE STUDIO
Founded in Los Angeles, Ryan Saghian Interior Design Studio is an award-winning interior architecture and design practice known for creating spaces with a strong sense of identity. Led by Saghian and supported by a team of designers and creatives, the studio works across residential and hospitality projects, overseeing every layer of an interior—from architectural development and materiality to custom furnishings, art and objects. The studio's work is driven by instinct rather than a formula.
Each project begins with its architecture, its setting and the people who will live within it, resulting in interiors that are layered, expressive and deeply considered. Saghian's eye for contrast runs throughout the work: historical references against contemporary forms, refinement against something unexpected, and collectible pieces alongside the everyday. No two projects are intended to look the same. What connects them is a point of view.
ABOUT RYAN
Ryan Saghian is a Los Angeles–based interior designer and creative director whose work spans interiors, furniture, product, retail and publishing. Known for an instinctive approach to design, Saghian has built a multidisciplinary practice shaped by contrast, cultural memory and an unapologetic point of view.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Ryan established his namesake studio in 2010 with an ambition to create interiors that resist a singular formula. That perspective has since evolved far beyond residential design, encompassing award-winning product collections, creative collaborations, publishing and retail. Across each discipline, his work is connected less by a particular aesthetic than by a distinct way of seeing—one that values individuality, tension and the unexpected. As his practice continues to evolve, Saghian moves fluidly between interiors, objects, retail and ideas, expanding the role of the designer without losing the instinct that has defined his work from the beginning.
Ryan’s work has been recognized internationally across design, architecture and culture. He has been named to the prestigious Andrew Martin Interior Design Review’s list of the world’s Top 100 designers, the Los Angeles Times’ list of the city’s Top 25 interior designers, Variety’s list of Hollywood’s Go-To Interior Designers, and LuxDeco’s Top 100 Interior Designers in the World. He is also a recipient of the Pacific Design Center’s Design Star Award.
